For more than three decades, David F. Cross has dedicated his legal career to representing clients in personal injury matters, real estate, estate planning, family law, adoptions, and probate matters. Attorney Cross earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University in 1990 and immediately began practicing law, building a reputation for thorough preparation and strong advocacy both in and out of the courtroom.

In addition to private practice, David F. Cross has served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Brooke County, WV since 1990, where he gained extensive trial experience handling a wide variety of cases. This role has sharpened his skills as a litigator and given him the ability to approach even the most complex disputes with confidence and precision. David F. Cross also serves as legal counsel to the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference (OVAC) and has been counsel to various boards of education, advising on governance, compliance, and policy matters.

David F. Cross is committed to providing clients with clear guidance, practical solutions, and vigorous representation, whether protecting families through estate planning, navigating real estate transactions, or advocating in court.

Beyond his legal career, David has been married to his wife, Cheryl, for 37 years, and together they enjoy spending time with their family, including four daughters and six grandchildren—with a seventh on the way.
