ERICA CROSS CONTI, ESQ.
Erica Conti is an attorney licensed in the states of WV, PA & OH, practicing in the areas of personal injury, real estate, probate matters, contract disputes, and estate planning. Erica is committed to providing clients with trusted guidance and strong advocacy. Attorney Erica Conti graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minors in Communication and Sociology before earning her Juris Doctor from WVU College of Law, where she graduated near the top of her law school class.
During law school, Erica Conti was honored with three CALI Excellence Awards in Constitutional Law, Appellate Advocacy, and Legal Interviewing, Negotiation, and Counseling, which award was given to the highest scoring student in each class. Erica also served as a member of the West Virginia Law Review, sharpening her skills in research, writing, and critical analysis.
In addition to her private practice, Erica Conti was appointed as a Fiduciary Commissioner in Brooke County, West Virginia, overseeing estates with care and integrity. This role deepened her perspective on estate planning and administration, allowing her to guide clients with both legal knowledge and practical insight.
In addition, Erica Conti has been named one of the top ten under forty in the state of West Virginia by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, Inc. and has obtained significant settlements for her personal injury clients.
